Common Questions

Do I need to pay anything upfront?

The first real payment is the $7,500 Feasibility Study fee — and that's credited back when you sign a construction contract. Before that, everything (the call, the initial assessment) is completely free.

How do I access my client portal?

After your feasibility study is ordered, we send you a login link by email. Your portal shows your project stage, documents, messages, payment schedule, and weekly site photos — all in one place.

When do I make payments?

Payments follow a draw schedule tied to verified milestones — permits issued, foundation poured, MEP complete, etc. You never pay for work that hasn't been inspected and confirmed.

What if my project goes over budget?

It can't. Our contract is fixed-price, meaning the price we quote is the price you pay. Any scope changes require a written change order that you must approve — there are no surprise bills.

How long does the whole process take?

Most projects complete in 9–12 months from signed contract to keys. Compare that to the national average of 3–5 years when homeowners try to navigate this alone.
